Respected Sir/Madam,

I have the honour to state that our Study Centre, Hingalganj High school Rabindra Open Schooling,Study Centre Code1817 is a duly recognized Study Centre under the West Bengal Council of Rabindra Open Schooling.

      This is to inform you, with deep regret, that the Renewal Certificate of our Study Centre for the academic session 2023 has been misplaced unintentionally. In spite of thorough search, the said certificate could not be traced.

In this connection,  regarding the misplaced of the Renewal Certificate has already been lodged at the concerned Police Station.
